We have said all throughout the pandemic that we aren’t the mask police. I personally feel strongly about personal rights and freedoms at the same time try to show kindness and empathy to others.

With Governor Holcomb’s order last week, it has been put on the counties to individually enforce the mask mandate and in turn, the counties have passed the buck on to the businesses within the community to enforce the mandate. This demand carries with it penalties from fines up to revocation of food permits/licenses.

Therefore, we find ourselves obligated to enforce the mandate. We cannot afford to pay penalties, nor can we allow our business to be shuttered due to defiance of the mandate. We have a number of employees that count on us to be able to provide for their families. We will be making adjustments to seating inside the building to comply with the six-foot distancing between all tables and will remain at limited capacity.

WE MUST ASK ALL PATRONS WHEN NOT AT THEIR TABLE TO WEAR A MASK.

We have masks available for those that don’t have one and will be asking anyone coming to order to either put their mask on or we will provide one for them.
